Construction is ongoing at our site, so you’re welcome to visit and view our selection of houses at any time. If you find a house that you like, you can buy it on the same day. We also offer the option to build a house to order, with additional interior fitting and finishing solutions. These houses can be delivered to your plot within 2-3 months, ensuring a timely and efficient process from start to finish.
Both of our houses are built on our construction site and transported to your chosen location. What is included in this price? With this price, you will receive a house with full exterior finishing, including “classic” metal sheeting, thermally treated wood, windows, and doors. The house frame – including the ceiling, floor, and walls – is insulated with a 10 -15 cm layer of polyurethane foam, making it suitable for year-round living. Interior partitions are installed according to your chosen interior layout.
This house gives the customer the freedom to design the interior of the house exactly as they want, to adapt individual solutions. However, if the customer wishes, we can install partial interior finishing. We can offer the following solutions:
- Interior finishing with OSB (ceilings, walls, floors)
- Interior finishing with wooden boards (ceilings, walls, floors – OSB)
- Preparation of electrical installations, cable laying (outdoor connection to the electrical input)
- Installation of plumbing pipes, water connections
Is an additional window, skylight or door needed? Such a solution is also possible, but depending on transport possibilities.
