Communication
The first and most crucial step in ordering a home is communication. Throughout the entire home construction process, we aim to ensure the best communication with the customer, keeping them informed about all updates and addressing any questions that may arise. Each customer is given significant attention to ensure smooth communication and satisfaction with all wishes and expectations.
Consultation
The second important step is consultation, during which we assist the customer in choosing a mobile home and provide as much information as possible on all essential matters. We consult with clients over the phone, via email, and always invite them to visit our construction site where all mobile modular homes are being built. We have almost all models of homes on display, allowing customers to see them from the outside, take a look inside, and explore various possible modifications. During individual consultations, which last approximately 30 minutes, we present all relevant homes, introduce different interior layout options (window and door positions), partial finishes (electricity, plumbing, wall and ceiling finishes with vertical wooden paneling, double OSB board flooring), and the standard version of a home without finishes. A cost estimate is provided during the consultation.
Commercial Proposal
After the consultation, if the customer needs it, we create a commercial proposal with detailed information. It includes all technical solutions, pricing, visualizations, dimensions, and other essential aspects. Once the customer decides to place an order, there is no need to visit our location again, and smooth communication can continue remotely through phone or email. Changes and corrections are possible throughout the entire home construction process.
Advance Payment
Following the approval of the commercial proposal and its agreement with the customer before the final order form, an advance payment is made. For single-module homes (MINIS, MIDIS, BUSINESS, EKO, HOME, and LONG versions), the advance amount is 2500 euros. For two-module homes (MAXIS, MAXIS LONG), the advance amount is 5000 euros. If a home is assembled from more modules, the price increases accordingly (an additional 2500 euros per extra module). Once the advance payment is made by the customer, the order begins.
Home Construction
The home construction period is 2-3 months, depending on whether the customer purchases a standard home or a home with partial finishes. If partial finishes are chosen, the period is 3 months, and the customer is invited to the construction site to ensure that additional home works are carried out according to their expectations. Homes can also be ordered for a later date with advance booking. This can be done a year or 3-4 months in advance, depending on the customer’s request. We always encourage and welcome advance bookings, and their prices remain the same even if ordered well in advance.
Payments
Subsequent payments are made one or two months after the advance payment, depending on the production time. Customers pay a partial installment, which is 60% of the remaining amount. The final payment is made before picking up the home from the construction site. If the customer orders a home with partial finishes (electricity, plumbing, interior paneling), they are invited to the construction site during the home construction process to discuss electrical and plumbing points and additional home decisions. The home price includes only the home itself. The installation of screw-type zinc-coated metal poles costs an additional 1000 euros without VAT (for a single segment) and 2000 euros (for a two-segment one), but we provide all necessary information and instructions to the customer, so this work can be done by the customer themselves if desired.
Home Transportation
Homes are transported throughout Lithuania and abroad. It is important that the location where the home will be placed is easily accessible. The transportation cost is not included in the total amount, but we offer transportation services through our partner companies. The preliminary transportation cost is also discussed during consultations. This cost depends on the distance and other details, so it is always highly individual. If needed, customers can choose their own transporter.
Home Installation in the Customer’s Yard
The final and most anticipated step is the home being transported to the customer’s site and installed on the customer’s prepared foundation. If necessary, we can also provide this service, and in that case, home transportation and pole installation take place on the same day.
