The most popular “MM Statybos” mobile modular house is MAXIS LONG
This house provides a larger living area of up to 42 m2 and an additional 2 mezzanine floors of 7-8 m2, depending on the choice of the interior layout. The MAXIS LONG modular house has been delivered to the customer in the Vilnius area. The client bought the house not only for leisure, but also with the possibility to live permanently both in summer and winter. After weighing up all the options, the Maxis LONG was the most suitable for a family of five.
The customer ordered the standard mobile home model, with a full exterior finish and a 10 cm layer of polyurethane foam insulation inside. The framed partitions were used to create 2 bedrooms, 2 mezzanines, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. A fireplace was also provided in advance. Taking into account the location of the plot and the view that one would like to admire every day, an additional display window was installed, the position of the windows and doors was changed and the sides of the house segments were repositioned. The client bought the house without interior finishes, as he plans to furnish the interior himself according to his needs.
