The client has ordered a MAXIS LONG house for permanent family living
The internal area of the house is approx. 42 m2 + two mezzanines of 7-8 m2. The layout of the house was reversed from the standard and the window positions were also chosen on opposite sides of the house. The client did not opt for any additional work, so the house went to the client without interior fitting, with a 10 cm layer of polyurethane foam insulation.
The client prepared the helical poles with a wooden impregnated frame himself, according to the information and drawings provided by our team. The client succeeded in this task perfectly! The complete installation took place in the client’s backyard in the Raseiniai district. The client purchased the mobile home with a loan through the Raseiniai Credit Union, which provides not only consumer but also housing loans for mobile homes.
