One of our most popular MIDIS holiday homes went to Lazdijai, Alytus County
The client was looking for an optimal solution where he could spend his leisure time with his family during summer and winter, and live if necessary. The client’s house MIDIS (6,05 x 3,60 m) has a net floor area of 18 m2 and a mezzanine of 7 m2, which will serve as a sleeping area or storage space. This bungalow is characterised by its height. The high ceiling gives a greater sense of space. In addition to the mezzanine, the client’s bungalow has 3 spaces: a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette in a common space.
The client also ordered a partial interior decoration
The house was fitted with electricity and plumbing, the floor was finished with double OSB, and the walls and ceilings were finished with pine interior panelling, which the client can whitewash or paint in any colour he wishes.

On the same day that the caravan was transported to the customer’s site, the team from ,,MM Statyba” went to install the helical piles on which the caravan was placed and secured.
