The client chose a standard MIDIS mobile home with a mezzanine floor and a window that opens. The client wanted a partial interior finish with OSB, electrical wiring and plumbing. The interior layout was chosen to include a bathroom, a bedroom and a living room. The client lives abroad, but also has a farmhouse in the Dzūkija region near a lake, but there was no residential building to stay and spend time in. The MIDIS house is the perfect solution to create a stylish and comfortable leisure space.
