In tolat approx. 50 sq. m plus two lofts offer an exceptionally large amount of space, making them the perfect solution for families. Our mobile frame house is customizable to meet all your needs, featuring up to 4 bedrooms or other types of rooms, a kitchen connected to the living room, and a WC room. Enjoy a comfortable and spacious living space that’s tailored to your unique needs with our modular frame house solutions.
- Black aluminum profile windows
- 15 cm insulated house frame, total wall thickness is about 20 cm.
- Insulation with mineral wool covered with special foil, that improves insulation even more.
- Cement floor slab “Cetris”
- Exterior finished with thermal wood and black Tin Classic
- Suitable for both winter and summer living
- House needs to be assembled in the customers plot
House standard is without internal finish.
Partial inside finish is possible for addition price, also windows, doors position changes possible as also exterior finish. All changes – adaptations according customer request possible, just contact us for more information with your request.
